The BELPOL team visited Kiev and spoke at the political part of the Ostrozhsky Forum.
On the panel on Lukashenko's role in regional security, we once again made it clear:
– The Belarusian regime has completely lost its military sovereignty. and turned the country into a production workshop for the Russian army;
-lukashenko is not a «mediator» but a war criminal who helps the Kremlin to conduct aggression against Ukraine.
On November 15, we unveiled our new analytical report on how China is involved in the militarization of Belarus. The report aroused great interest - Beijing's role in the military-industrial complex of Belarus is increasing, and it is becoming an important factor for the entire regional security.
In addition to the forum, we held meetings in Ukrainian government agencies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as talks with politicians and experts.
Discussed:
- the need to synchronize sanctions pressure on the Lukashenko regime;
- the scale of militarization of Belarus and its consequences;
- political indoctrination of children and their removal from the occupied territories of Ukraine to Belarus.
Outcome of the visit
The trip to Kyiv was an important step to enhance international cooperation. We strengthened contacts, obtained new data and agreed on further joint actions that will help to counter threats more effectively.
