BELPOL received information that in the so-called "power" structures of Belarus from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia received an alert regarding the suspects in the terrorist attack 22.03.2024 in the Moscow region entertainment center "Crocus". The orientation reports that the attackers were 3 - 4 people, presumably they were of "Caucasian appearance", after shooting at people and setting fire to the concert hall, they fled in a white Renault Simbol car with registration plate T688 UM69.
Also in the orientation is the identity of those "reasonably suspected of committing a terrorist attack." These are:

▪️ Nazarov Rustam Isroilovich Nazarov, born on 02.01.1995.
The leadership of the so-called "Interior Ministry" ordered to reinforce traffic police units in the regions bordering Russia with AKS-74U assault rifles and to orient personnel to search for the persons mentioned in the orientation. For regular staff, there was no reinforced duty variant.
It draws attention to the fact that in its form the abovementioned instruction from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation was sent to the Belarusian "law enforcers" not as representatives of another state, who were asked for assistance, but as subordinates who are obliged to follow the orders of the Russian "leadership".
