On February 24, 2022, Russia started a war by attacking Ukraine. Lukashenka was also a big help in the invasion, who allowed the occupants' troops to attack from the territory of our country. Then there were rocket attacks, filtration camps, political indoctrination and militarization of Ukrainian children, production of weapons for the occupants' army.
But even in dealing with fellow members of the dictatorial pool, lukashenko tries to show himself as a "peacemaker"saying he's not a co-conspirator, just a victim of circumstance.
In a letter to his "friend" Venezuelan dictator Maduro, Lukashenko calls a lot of things by their proper names. For example it's not SWO, it's war. Talks about the damaging effects of sanctions.
But the reason for this letter lies elsewhere. Then, On May 8, 2022, Lukashenko decided to be proactive and asked his colleague to "do everything possible to find ways to reduce the degree of global confrontation".
So what did Lukashenko ask Maduro for?
Quotable:
"There is much you can do today: refrain from supplying arms, from information warfare and any provocation, from inflaming hate speech in the media, from promoting racism and discrimination on the basis of nationality, culture, language and religion, from legalizing and sending mercenaries."
But even then. Lukashenko had a clear plan to militarize the Belarusian economy and production of various kinds of armaments in the interests of the aggressor's army. And he didn't need any competitors in this business.

Long Live Belarus!
