According to information received BELPOL, an association of law enforcement officers of BelarusIn the near future, the so-called "Minister of the Interior" will be in office. Kubrakov plans to pay a working visit to the Republic of Zimbabwe (Harare).
As part of Kubrakov's business trip should sign a cooperation agreement between t.e.c. "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" and the Ministry of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
The possibilities of training Zimbabwean Interior Ministry officers in the Republic of Belarus will also be discussed.
As explained to us by the people who provided this information, Kubrakov's route will pass through Moscow, Dubai and from there he will go to Zimbabwe.
Also, as far as we have learned, an agreement is about to be ratified that signed on October 2, 2023 between the Republic of Belarus and the UAE, on cooperation in the field of security and counter-terrorism, as well as recognition and exchange of driving licenses.
