From April 26 through May 18, Reps. BELPOL visited United States of America.
During the visit BELPOL participated in meetings with U.S. government officials as well as NGO representatives, which provided information on the current situation in Belarus in the social, economic, political and military spheres.
We also covered the situation in the field of sanctions restrictions and the inadmissibility of reducing the level of pressure on the dictator's regime. We also discussed with representatives of U.S. law enforcement agencies the problem of attempts to circumvent sanctions by businesses assisting the regime in the procurement of dual-use goods.
During the visit BELPOL made every effort to draw attention to the Belarusan issue and also outlined the most important "pain points." dictator Lukashenka and his henchmen. We managed to both consolidate old and establish new contacts.
