The self-appointed ruler of Belarus realizes that his power will soon come to an end, but still continues to prepare the country for war. BELPOL has received information that Lukashenka's criminal regime will soon undertake the following actions additional measures to tighten legislationrelated to the assignment of citizens to military service. The purpose of these measures is to avoid the "problems" revealed during the mobilization in Russia.
So, it's planned:
- Increase criminal penalties for evasion of military service;
- increase on average by 5-6 times the administrative fines for failure to appear on summonses of the military registration office, violation of the rules of military registration by persons liable for military duty and officials of enterprises and organizations, as well as late notification by the administration of persons liable for military duty of summons to the military registration office;
- to oblige cell phone operators to provide military enlistment offices with data on the phone numbers of persons liable for military duty and to notify them by SMS:
- exclude the liability of medical personnel for assisting in the illegal conscription of citizens for military service;
- oblige citizens to report to military enlistment offices not only by summons, but also by SMS notification;
- to authorize the delivery of summonses for military service not only at the place of residence of a person liable for military service, but also at the place of his/her work or location;
- give the "president" the right to authorize the admission of citizens to military service under contract without taking into account the restrictions established by the current legislation (i.e., persons over 40 years of age, as well as those previously dismissed from military service on discreditable grounds or who have a criminal record or have been subjected to criminal prosecution).
Thus, the Lukashists want to have the ability to "put any citizen they want under the gun"regardless of his age, moral and business qualities and state of health, as well as persons not only with a criminal record, but also those serving a criminal sentence - to create an analog of PMC "Wagner". And It will be possible to "enlist in the army" by handing in a summons at work or just on the street or any other place.
BELPOL continues to monitor the situation.
Zhyve Belarus!
