The dictatorial regime is actively reconfiguring the vectors of its external engagement, and its focus is now centered on Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
Not so long ago, representatives of the so-called "Ministry of Internal Affairs" of Belarus held meetings with Chinese and Vietnamese law enforcers, now it's time for the United Arab Emirates.
According to BELPOL, in early October 2023, the "red-green patriot" and Lukashenko's accomplice, the so-called "Minister of the Interior" kubrakov as the leader of the Lukashenko delegation will visit Abu Dhabi.
Agreements are scheduled to be signed in the United Arab Emirates:
- on security and counter-terrorism cooperation;
- on mutual recognition and exchange of driving licenses.
It is worth noting that the first aspect is the most important for Belarusians. For Lukashists, the terms "terrorism" and "extremism" have a different interpretation from the generally accepted one. The junta first of all includes citizens who disagree with the lawlessness in Belarus.
