Airline business "according to Hreninski" or who "sawed" 5 million USD
BELPOL information receivedthat dictator Lukashenko is expected to approve in the near future sales documents of a heavy military transport vehicle to Russia Mi-26T helicopter. This aircraft is the largest helicopter in the world, can carry cargo weighing up to 20 tons or 82 paratroopers with weapons and equipment. It can also be used as an ambulance or firefighter.
The said helicopter has serial number 34001212461It has the second category of airworthiness and is on the balance sheet of the so-called "Ministry of Defense" of the Republic of Belarus. This Mi-26T has been tried to be sold through RUE "Belspetskontrakt" for 5 years, and initially they requested a price tag of $6.5 million, followed by $4.5 million. dollars, but eventually "colluded" with the buyer for $1.5 million.
And then comes the most interesting part. The sale price of the military helicopter to the self-appointed ruler was justified by the fact that RUE "Belspetskontrakt" allegedly conducted market research and selected the buyer, who offered the highest price. This buyer is a Russian commercial structure - the following Alpha Sky LLC (Moscow)which specializes in the resale of aviation equipment, but does not deal with the repair and maintenance of helicopters. In other words, it is just an intermediary firm or a "scam", as the agrofuhrer likes to put it.
Despite the fact that the sale of the helicopter by the Belarusian side has not been documented yet, the announcement about its sale has already been removed from the website of RUE Belspetskontrakt. However, the aircraft is already being resold on the Russian electronic trading platform Tehclubspecializing in the sale of aircraft. And its current price is USD 6.5 million. When the helicopter was initially advertised for sale on the Russian website in 2020, its price was USD 10.9 million, although the Belarusian side valued the MI-26T at that time. of $4.5 million. The fact that it is the same helicopter is easy to see by comparing the advertising materials of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus, "Belspetskontrakt" and Tehclub. Everything coincides: the year of manufacture - 1991, flight time - 1437 hours, overhaul period - 09.2015 and even the photos of the helicopter outside and inside are identical and were taken at the Belarusian military airfield "Machulishchi." ).
The main question that remains unanswered is whether who "sawed" the difference. in the cost of a military helicopter in the amount of 5 million US dollars - an ethnic Russian, the so-called "Minister of Defense of RB" Viktor Khreninwho personally signed the documents on its sale for 1.5 million US dollars and handed them over to the dictator for signature. Or - "Commander of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus". Andriy Lukyanovichwho has Russian citizenship. Or maybe it was their subordinate - also an ethnic Russian, head of service in the Armament Department of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Belarus Igor Kichiginwho did the paperwork? We hope that the regime's punitive structures will give an answer to this question in the very near future. Otherwise, it is unclear where all these "chekists", "counter-intelligence officers" and other "anti-corruption fighters" are looking?
BELPOL continues to monitor the situation.
